Born on August 17, 1953, in Phoenix, Arizona, Daniel's journey was marked by a deep-rooted passion for people and the natural world, a spirit that embraced the outdoors and the simple joys of life.

Trained and certified as an electrician, Daniel’s career was more than a profession; it was a testament to his dedication and skill, illuminating not just homes and buildings but the lives of those around him. His legacy in his trade is remembered by many in Phoenix, where he touched lives through his craft with a commitment that mirrored his personal integrity.

Daniel was a beacon in his community, known for his warmth and his love of engaging with others. His heart beat strongest when he was outdoors, camping under the vast Arizona sky, a connection to nature that brought him peace and inspiration. His affection for the Cardinals and their vibrant colors, his fondness for the comforting flavors at Popo’s Mexican restaurant, and his joyful reverence for the timeless melodies of the Bee Gees were all windows into his spirited soul.

His proudest accomplishment was his devout service as an Oblate with the Our Lady of Guadalupe Monastery in Phoenix. This spiritual path was a cornerstone of his life, reflecting the depth of his faith and his commitment to his community. Equally, if not more cherished, was his marriage to his beloved wife Sandra Delgado, a union that blossomed for 54 wonderful years, a profound bond that stood resilient through the sands of time.
