With a celebration of heaven in our hearts, we announce that Leticia "Lettie" Arellano Romero passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, in the comfort of her own home.

Lettie lived life with vibrant joy and loved celebrating every occasion. Her home was constantly filled with music, with the sounds of The Beatles and George Strait always blaring from the radio. 

Saved as an adult, Lettie held a deep faith, and her family takes comfort in knowing she is now peacefully dancing in heaven. 

She was predeceased by her beloved parents, Ruben and Paula Arellano, and her loving husband, Eddie Romero. Lettie’s legacy of love lives on through her family. 

She is survived by her sister, Eloise (Bob); her brothers, Al (Sally) and Henry (Sharon); her two children, Ernie (Dora) and Lisa (Ramon); her five cherished grandchildren, Eddie, Rylee, Melina, Jayden, and Easton; and her adored great-granddaughter, Xéna.

We love you so much, Lettie. You will be forever in our hearts.

Celebration of Life will be had on Monday, August 10, 2026 at CCV Avondale located at 1565 N 113th Ave, Avondale, AZ 85392
