She shared a loving marriage of 53 years with her devoted husband, Salomon Padilla, whom she married on August 30, 1972. Together, they built a family rooted in love and mutual respect.

Lily was a proud and caring mother to Lissa Padilla Dorsey and her husband Donald, Susan Rosales and her husband Rudy, and Felipe Padilla.
