Martelle William Crosiar "Marty", affectionately known to friends and family as Marty, was a beacon of love and creativity who touched the lives of all who knew him. Born on December 12, 1945, in Pasco, Washington, he embarked on a life journey that would inspire and uplift many. Marty passed away peacefully at home in Buckeye, Arizona, on January 12, 2026, after a short illness, surrounded by the love of his family.
Marty's educational journey began at Monterey Bay Academy and continued at Milo Academy, where he forged lifelong friendships and developed a curiosity for the world around him. He held deep values rooted in faith and community, proudly joining the Christian Motorcycle Association (CMA), where his love for motorcycles flourished. He found joy in customizing leather motorcycle seats and indulging in auto upholstery, showcasing his artistry and craftsmanship.
Marty had a vibrant personality, filled with laughter, kindness, and an abiding love for music. He was particularly fond of The Blues, and as a testament to his joyful spirit, his favorite color was purple—a color that embodied his unique flair. He relished every moment spent visiting the picturesque Monterey Peninsula in California, where he could immerse himself in nature and enjoy the simple pleasures of life, such as savoring delicious lobster.
Among his proudest accomplishments, Marty cherished becoming a Master Cutman in woodworking, demonstrating exceptional skill in cabinet manufacturing, furniture craftsmanship, and toy building. His hands were as skilled as his heart was big, always ready to lend a hand, whether it was working on a project or crafting memories with his loved ones.
Marty is survived by his beloved wife, Candice "CC" Crosiar, who stood by him through thick and thin. He leaves behind a legacy of love in his children, Donald Crosiar and Denise Crosiar Lewis (Jerry), Amber Ernst, and his cherished grandchildren: Kristen Crosiar Givens, Austin Crosiar, Cody Ray, Jasmine Ernst, and Autumn Ernst. His brothers, Everett and Wesley, and sister, Lawana, continue to hold him close in their hearts, remembering the joy he brought into their lives.
Marty is reunited in eternal peace with his parents, Donald and Juanita Crosiar, his sister Bonnie Crosiar, daughter-in-law Vickie Crosiar, and grandson Justin Crosiar. His loved ones take solace in knowing that his spirit now watches over them, forever guiding and protecting them from above.
As we celebrate the life of Martelle William Crosiar, we remember a man of great passion, compassion, and creativity. His memory will forever echo in our hearts, a testament to the love he shared and the joyous memories we will carry with us. He will be dearly missed but never forgotten, living on through the stories we will tell and the love we continue to share.
