Beyond his professional life, Paul embraced his passions with fervor. An avid fan of the Denver Broncos, he found joy in watching their games, celebrating triumphs with exhilaration and sharing in their struggles with unwavering loyalty. His heart also delighted in culinary experiences, particularly savoring the flavors of Mexican food—a testament to his appreciation for the rich tapestry of life.

Family was at the core of Paul’s existence. He leaves behind a loving son, Erik Jaramillo, along with his devoted siblings: Dene Crank, Ria Fitchey, and Trista Jaramillo. Their shared memories—echoing laughter, shared meals, and unwavering support—paint a vivid portrait of a family united in love.

Paul's passing comes as a sudden and unexpected loss, leaving a void that will forever be felt among those who loved him. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Paul and Rosie Jaramillo, and his sister Shawnie Johnson—who welcomed him with open arms as he embarks on this new journey.
